Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed — we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once the item is handed to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Orders placed before 2 PM (JST) on business days will be dispatched same-day. International shipping is available on selected items — custom duties and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns policy on all products in original condition with original packaging and tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Once approved, you may return the item to our Shibuya store or arrange prepaid pickup (via Japan Post). Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Thermal underwear, base layers, and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Customised or special-order items are final sale.
